Terms and Conditions for Buyers on Vinty Market
When purchasing an item from sellers on the Vinty Market platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In this document, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Vinty Market AB, while "you" refers to the buyer.
Goods
Products sold by sellers (local stores or businesses) on our platform are second-hand or made from upcycled materials. The condition of each item is detailed in its description. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to read these descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Price
Prices are set by the sellers and are stated in the quotation at the time of your order. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control. Discounts are at our discretion. Product prices include packaging, but excludes transportation, and delivery fees, but they include VAT and applicable taxes in Sweden.
Cancellation and Alterations
Product details may change without prior notice. Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled. However, in Sweden, under Swedish law, buyers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. For further details, please review our return policy.
Payment
Payment is required at checkout through the available payment methods. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery
Sellers on Vinty Market arrange delivery to the address specified in your order. Delivery times are approximate. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
Inspect items upon delivery or collection. Report any damages or discrepancies not mentioned in the product description within three days. Returned items must pass our inspection. Depending on the circumstances, goods may be repaired,
replaced, or refunded.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an order if you breach your obligations, face insolvency, or undergo significant changes affecting the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to certain circumstances and does not cover indirect, special, or consequential losses. However, exclusions do not apply in cases of death, personal injury, fraud, or illegal actions.
Communications
By placing an order, you consent to receiving notifications regarding your purchase. Notices must be sent in writing to hello@vintymarket.com and are deemed delivered upon successful transmission or mailing.
Data Protection
As the data controller, you are responsible for your personal data. We act as the data processor, handling data securely and in compliance with applicable laws. We do not share personal data with third parties without authorization expect for marketing purposes with Meta Platform.
Circumstances Beyond Control
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their control.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of future breaches.
Severability
If any provision is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain valid.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Swedish courts.
